If you are shipping anywhere in the Lower 48, there is no charge for orders of $50 or over. Place your order by noon Mountain Standard Time and it will ship out that same day! Free shipping does not apply to orders under $50 or to expedited services.
Wind River Gear offers the following shipping options within the contiguous 48 states:
- Standard UPS Ground or USPS Standard shipping is free for orders totaling $50 or above.
- Expedited shipping is available via UPS if you need your purchase FAST.
- Local pick-up at Wind River Gear in Dubois, Wyoming is no charge.

- Fill out the Return/Exchange form on the back of your online receipt, including the reason for return. Be sure to indicate if you are returning for a refund to your credit card, store credit, or for an exchange.
- All items must be in new, unused condition.
- Pack the clothing or gear you are returning, along with all tags and the Return/Exchange form and send to:
